Simple SIP Trunk Setup for Your ChoiceCloudPBX Account

Before you begin, make sure you have:
✅ Your ChoiceCloud PBX extension number (e.g., 101)
✅ Your SIP password (provided in your welcome email)
✅ A SIP-compatible app, such as:

Third-party apps like Zoiper, Linphone, Bria, or Grandstream Wave
1️⃣ Download a SIP App
Install one of the following apps based on your device:
Android / iOS / Windows:
Download from choicecloudpbx.com/app-download-linksAlternatives:
Grandstream Wave
Bria
Linphone
Zoiper
Open your SIP app and enter the following:
Username → Your extension number (e.g., 101)
Password → Provided in your welcome email
SIP Address → (e.g., callcard.choicecloudpbx.com)
Port → Use 5060 (UDP) or 5061 (TLS)
📧 You’ll find all this information in your welcome email. If you need help locating it, feel free to contact our support team.
3️⃣ Make a Test Call
Once your app shows “Connected”:
Try calling another extension (e.g., 102)
Or dial an external number (if your plan supports outbound calling)
If the call connects and audio works, you're all set!
❌ Can’t register?
Double-check that your username and password are entered exactly as provided.
Ensure your device is connected to a stable internet connection.
🎧 No audio?
In your app settings, try switching the transport method from UDP to TCP or TLS.
Turn off VPN or firewall temporarily to test.
📵 Dropped calls?
Use a private, high-speed connection instead of public Wi-Fi.
