A Simple Guide to Setting Up Your Cloud Phone System
Welcome to ChoiceCloud PBX!
We'll walk you through the steps to get started quickly and easily.
To begin using ChoiceCloud PBX, make sure you have:
π Login details (provided during or after registration)
π A stable internet connection
π» A compatible device (computer, tablet, smartphone, or SIP-enabled desk phone)
π 1. Via the PBX Portal
Start by creating your user account:
π portal.choicecloudpbx.com/register
Once registered, you can:
π³ Select a calling plan that suits your business
πΌ Top up your account through our secure billing system
π± 2. Using the Softphone Appsπ After your plan is activated, youβll be granted access to a dedicated web phone (separate from the portal). This web-based dialer lets you make and receive calls directly in your browser β no downloads required.
Prefer to make calls from a dedicated app? No problem.
π₯ Download the ChoiceCloud PBX app for your device:
π₯οΈ Desktop: Windows or macOS
π± Mobile: iOS or Android
Once installed:
π Open the app and enter your login credentials
β Start making and receiving calls right away β whether you're at your desk or on the go
