A Simple 3-Step Guide to Moving from the Old Portal to the New One

We’ve launched a brand-new PBX portal to give you faster, smoother service and better tools to manage your calls and billing. If you already had an account on our old system, migrating is quick and easy.

Just follow these three steps:

🔄 Step-by-Step Migration Guide
📝 STEP 1: Sign Up on the New Portal

Visit portal.choicecloudpbx.com and register for a User account using the same email address you used on the old portal.

⚠️ Using your old email helps us match your previous credit balance and details.

💳 STEP 2: Top Up Your Account

Once you're logged in, go to the Billing section and add credit to your new account using any of the available payment options.

If you had a balance on your old account, see the note below on how to transfer it.

📧 STEP 3: Configure Your Softphone or App

After signing up and topping up:


  • You’ll receive a new PBX extension number (e.g., 400)

  • Use this extension (as your username) along with the provided SIP password to log into your ChoiceCloud PBX app (mobile, desktop, or web phone)

Your PBX username is now your extension number.

📌 Important Notes:
  • 💰 Balance Transfer:
    If you had remaining credit on our old portal (https://billing.choicecloudpbx.com), make sure you register on the new portal with the same email address, then contact support to request a balance transfer.

  • 🚫 Old Portal Access Will End Soon:
    All activity will now go through the new portal. The old system will be discontinued shortly.
