Adding Credit So You Can Start or Continue Making Calls

To make calls with ChoiceCloud PBX, your account needs to have sufficient credit. Topping up your account is simple and can be done securely through the PBX portal.

Here’s how to do it:

🌐 1. Log in to the Portal

Go to portal.choicecloudpbx.com and log in using your registered email and password.

💳 2. Navigate to the Wallet Section

Once logged in, find the Wallet tab in your dashboard menu.

This section will show:


  • Your available balance

  • Available top-up plans

  • Stripe Payment method option

🔐 3. Choose a Top-Up Amount

Select how much credit you'd like to add to your account. You’ll typically see options like:


  • GBP2.5 - 2.5 GBP / 30 Days

  • GBP5 - 5 GBP / 60 Days

  • GBP50 - 50 GBP / 365 Days
    (Exact amounts may vary based on the currency and your region.)

💳 4. Complete Payment

Use your preferred payment method (e.g. card, wallet, bank transfer, etc.). Once the transaction is complete:


  • Your balance will update automatically

  • You’ll receive a confirmation on the screen and by email

🕒 Most top-ups reflect instantly. In rare cases, it may take a few minutes — refresh your dashboard if needed.
