Verifying Your Identity to Unlock Virtual Number Access

To access the full features on the platform, as well as to prevent fraud and comply with global telecom regulations, all users must complete a simple identity verification process, called KYC LEVEL 2, before purchasing virtual numbers or updating your caller ID. This verification ensures you're a legitimate user and helps us keep the platform secure for everyone.

🔒 Why Is KYC Verification Required?

To prevent fraud and comply with global telecom regulations, KYC Level 2 verification is mandatory before purchasing virtual numbers. 

This ensures:

 ✔ Security – Your number stays uniquely tied to your verified identity.
 ✔ Compliance – We adhere to telecom laws in different countries.
 ✔ Fraud Prevention – Stops unauthorized use of virtual numbers.


⚠️ You must complete Level 2 KYC before you can buy virtual numbers or update your caller ID.
You can still choose a calling plan without it, but virtual number purchases will be restricted.

1. Log in to the PBX Portal


2. Go to Your Dashboard
  • In the left menu, click "KYC Verification".

  • Select "Start KYC Verification 2".


3.  Agree to the Verification Process
  • Read the terms confirming Stripe’s secure handling of your data.

  • Click "Agree and continue" to proceed.


4.  Choose Your Verification Method

📱 Option 1: Scan QR Code (Fastest Method)

  • Click "Continue on your mobile device".
  • Scan the QR code with your phone’s camera.
  • The verification page will open automatically.

🔗 Option 2: Email or SMS Link

      If QR scanning isn’t possible:

  • Click "Other options".
  • Choose to receive a link via:
    • 📧 Email

    • 📱 SMS (Text)

    • 📋 Copy link manually

  1. Open the link on your smartphone.


5. Allow Camera Access & Scan Your ID
  • Grant camera permissions when prompted.

  • Follow the instructions to scan your ID (passport, driver’s license, or national ID).

  • Ensure:

    • No glare or shadows

    • All text is readable

    • The document is fully visible


6. Additional Checks (If Required)
  • Some users may need to:

    • Take a selfie (for facial recognition)

    • Provide a secondary document

    • Verify proof of address (varies by country)


7. Wait for Approval
  • Most verifications complete in 2-15 minutes.

  • In rare cases, it may take up to 24 hours.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email or dashboard notification.

Once you complete Level 2 KYC, you’ll:

  • Receive a confirmation email or dashboard notification


  • Unlock the ability to purchase and assign virtual phone numbers (local, toll-free, or international, depending on your region)
