Using ChoiceCloud PBX to Stay Connected Anywhere, Anytime

With ChoiceCloud PBX, making and receiving calls is simple, no matter where you are. Once your account is active and your plan is selected, you can use a variety of devices to stay connected.

Here’s how it works:

📲 Option 1: Using the Softphone App (Mobile or Desktop)

  1. Download the App

    • Get the ChoiceCloud PBX softphone for your device: Windows, macOS, iOS, or Android.

  2. Log In

    • Use your credentials (provided after registration) to log in.

  3. Make a Call

    • Dial a number directly from the app or select a contact.

    • Tap or click the Call button.

  4. Receive a Call

    • When someone calls your PBX number, the app will ring like a regular phone.

    • Accept the call and speak through your device’s mic or headset.

🌐 Option 2: Using the Web Phone (Browser-Based)

After choosing a plan and activating your account, you’ll receive access to a web phone link:


  1. Open the Web Phone in Your Browser (provided after plan activation)

  2. Log in with your assigned credentials

  3. Use the interface to dial, receive, or transfer calls — right from your browser.

✅ No downloads required — great for users on shared or temporary devices.

☎️ Option 3: Using a Desk Phone (Optional)

If you prefer a traditional desk phone experience:


  1. Ensure your SIP-compatible phone is connected to the internet.

  2. Enter your SIP credentials (provided during setup).

  3. Use it like any standard phone — no extra steps needed.

  • Use a headset for better call quality.

  • Make sure your internet is stable to avoid call drops or delays.

  • Calls will use your PBX number — not your personal phone number.
