How Do I Purchase and Activate an eSIM?

Step-by-step guide to buying and activating your ChoiceCloud eSIM.

🛒 Step 1: Visit the ChoiceCloudPBX Website

  1. Visit ChoicecloudPBX(eSIM) website


  2. Register an account on the website.

  3. Once logged in, go to your dashboard.

💳 Step 2: Fund Your Wallet

  • From your dashboard menu, head to Wallet.

  • Choose a payment method and top up your account balance.

  • Enter your billing details.  

   ⚠️ Important: Your billing address must match the address on your payment method. Otherwise, your payment may be declined

  • Ensure your wallet has enough funds to cover the eSIM plan you want.

📦 Step 3: Navigate to eSIM Products

  1. From the dashboard menu, select Products → eSIMs.

  2. Browse available plans (daily, weekly, monthly, or travel bundles).

  3. Select the plan that best fits your usage.

💳 Step 4: Choose & Pay for Your eSIM Plan

  1. Click Buy Now on your preferred plan

  2. Complete your payment securely.

📩 Step 5: Receive Your eSIM QR Code

  • Once your payment is confirmed, your unique eSIM QR code will be:

    • Emailed to your registered email address

    • Available in your ChoiceCloudPBX dashboard under My eSIMs
